Dr. Andrea Zeppuhar
Andrea is an expert in organic chemistry and photochemistry. She got her B.S. from Millersville University and her Ph.D. from the University of Maryland, College Park. In her free time, Andrea enjoys reading, knitting, and playing her saxophone.
Michael got his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin La-Crosse. He researches how the structure of MOF nodes affects their guest selectivity. When not doing chemistry research, he likes to play piano, fish, and write songs.
Jou-Tsen (Olie) Ou
Olie got her B.S. from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University and her M.S. from National Taiwan University. Her research focus is on flexible materials that undergo reversible phase changes. She likes to go hiking, camping, or running with friends.
Min Chieh (Jack) Yang
Jack got his B.S. from the University of Oregon. He designs and synthesizes materials to bind metal ions in water. His hobbies include basketball, mushroom picking, fishing, working out, and photography.
Jason is a 3rd-year undergrad at UMD, majoring in chemistry and microbiology. In the Taylor lab, Jason is synthesizing organic molecules and learning materials chemistry. He likes playing piano, spikeball, and going skydiving.
